I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options each morning. Staff members were friendly and helpful during my visit. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites West Dallas, Cockrell Hill. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. The clean and spacious room was easily accessible, which made my senior experience very comfortable.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

We visited the local zoo and a popular amusement park nearby. Breakfast was awesome with a great variety—no repeat meals, which kept it interesting. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel felt quiet even when full. Definitely a good pick for a fun trip.

Only downside was the limited number of elevators. it took a while to reach our floor, especially during busy times.

I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Suite and the staff was super helpful. They showed us how to use a car-sharing app, which was awesome! The room was clean and cozy, but the breakfast wasn't that great. Overall, I’d def come back just for the friendly service!

I had such a relaxing time enjoying the jacuzzi after a long day. The breakfast spread was amazing, with mini omelets and bacon that made my mornings brighter! The staff, especially Jennifer in the breakfast area, ensured everything was well-stocked and clean, adding a personal touch to the experience.
